You will need power cords for both transmitters and chargers. Power cords are included with the transmitters.
However, for chargers, separate power cords need to be purchased.
We care to provide power cords with plugs that are compatible with the electrical standards in your country.

LEETEK's paging systems primarily utilize the POCSAG protocol and are configured with three key factors:
Base ID (a 3-digit number), Frequency (420 - 470 MHz), and Baud Rate (512/1200 BPS). To ensure proper functionality,
both the transmitter and pager should have matching Base ID and frequency settings. By default,
the products are shipped with pre-configured settings based on country-specific configurations.
However, you have the flexibility to customize the settings using the transmitter according to your specific requirements.

You can have your own logos and decals designed. Kindly note that there will be a service charge for customization,

Our paging products operate within the frequency range of 420-470 MHz.
It is important to note that the operation of paging system products must comply with the authorized frequency
range designated for each country. We ensure that our products are shipped with frequency settings appropriate for the respective country.
You have the option to change the frequency settings using the transmitter, depending on the product model and if it is required.

In general, our products are CE- and FCC-certified.
However, it is important to note that different countries may have specific regulations and standards for wireless communication devices.
We strongly recommend checking with the regulatory authorities in your country to ensure that our products comply with the requirements
and standards applicable in your region.

LEETEK products generally come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to products that have been installed, operated,
and maintained in accordance with LEETEK's provided instructions. If a product exhibits defects or faults that are not a result of customer misuse or mishandling,
LEETEK will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product free of charge.
Please be aware that this warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, liquid submersion,
unauthorized modifications, unauthorized connections, unauthorized repairs, misuse, neglect, abuse, accidents, alterations, improper installation,
or any other acts beyond the coverage provided by LEETEK.
Please inform us if you need to request a repair or report any quality issues. For repairs, the products should be sent directly to LEETEK headquarters.
If the products are within the warranty period, please also include proof of purchase.
The repair process usually takes 1-2 weeks, although the timeframe may vary based on the quantity and severity of the damage.
